Why the Name?

Nurturing Rose Yoga was born from the depth of my heart.  Rose is a family name that has been passed down for several generations and my Grandma Rose was the first.  The connection was not fully realized until I came along as I share the name Rose as my middle name along with my mom.  The Generations of Rose’s started with my Grandma in 1926 then my mom in 1956, and myself in 1986. My Grandma Rose coined it as the “30 Year Club” as we are all 30 years apart.  Rose has stuck with my family and in 2017 I gave birth to my daughter whose middle name is also Rose. Even though the year does not end with a ‘6’ we are still 30 years apart.  I now share the love and compassion from generations to guide you on your journey from bud to blossom.
